I think it's easy to pick out for yourself the quality negative reviews here as opposed to the ones. For me, the film was a great addition to the Marvel film universe. One can only take more of the same scenery, same villains, same "high stakes. I think this was fresh and successful in it's goal. I enjoyed the acting, I enjoyed the laughs, and I enjoyed that the laughs and the film were for a broader audience. The villain was much more compelling than your run of the mill Marvel villains and he delivered a line towards the end that made me cry with empathy. The film wasn't black and white, which is where I think it won me over. There's nothing I despise more than an average, black and white, superhero film. There was a lot of grey and nuance here. While some characters could have had more opportunity to shine (the queen, for example) I think this was ultimately a successful and worth watching film. The scenery was beautiful, costuming was executed fantastically, the score was great, the female characters were fleshed out and I really enjoyed the main "romance" where I do not usually. Certainly near the top of the Marvel pile.

Man those bumps on his body makes me feel so uncomfortable. I think Killmonger is probably my favorite Marvel Villian, I mean he is so close to being a good guy, except his methods are a little more dark Killmonger is a great villain, My Dad and I were both on the edge of our seats because we genuinely believed he wanted what was right for Our People Sure he was the Villain of the story, but you could tell his intentions were to protect people, in a way this reminds me of Red Hood, or Venom, all of these characters have good intentions, but their methods are what makes them The Bad Guy but their methods don't stop people from liking them as a character, for those of you who are mostly DC fans, Jason Todd had a rough backstory. he lived on the streets of Gotham, and stole money, weapons, and more! Similar to Killmonger, his dad was killed unjustly to him and began a life of crime after his military service) But eventually, Batman takes him in to be new the new Robin, and together they are a Crime-Fighting duo! However, Jason's temper eventually leads him to the Joker, who kidnaps him, beats him, and then kills him, and then Jason comes back to life and later becomes the Red Hood. for MARVEL fans, Venom isn't the best example, but just like the other two, he has good intentions, albeit later down the line, Venom wants to do right in Eddie's eyes, because Eddie treats Venom nicely, Eddie is just a (In the comics he was muscular) normal man with good morals, because of these things, Eddie is able to control the Symbiote, and they also become the Anti-Hero Venom, my point is that Killmonger, on the inside, is just a sad kid who lost his father, and thinks that to stop something like this from happening again, is to give people a way to defend themselves ie Vibranium, however because of his childhood, his mind is corrupt and is willing to kill anyone who stands in his way. R.I.P Chadwick Boseman.

Panth c3 a8re noire performance. This film is amazing watched in imax 3d. I watch most comic book movies this way for the last ten years,black panther is on another level for a standalone film the action affects story pacing brilliant never bored once. I wanted to watch it straight away again the only better marvel movie is the original avengers and logan but that isn't really marvel. Trust me don't listen to all the haters and watch this film I'm going to watch it again and I haven't done that with a film since the matrix enough said long live the KING.
